Mr. Hiss has 35 years’ combined experience in Forest Management and Utility Vegetation Management, both as a land manager and consultant.  Mr. Hiss has extensive experience and success working with utilities, state and federal agencies, conservancies, land trust and the general public.  Mr. Hiss is an ISA Certified Arborist, TRAQ Qualified, and a Michigan Registered Forester.

Lexi Caselli

Senior Project Manager

Ms. Caselli has 30-plus years combined experience working in Arboriculture and Utility Vegetation Management with extensive practical field experience conducting tree surveys and impact assessments in rural and urban forests, identifying incompatible vegetation in utility right-of-ways, assessing fire-injured trees, and hazardous tree assessments. Ms. Caselli has been certified by the International Society of Arboriculture since 2000 and is TRAQ qualified.

Niel Fischer

Senior Project Manager

Mr. Fischer has 36 years’ combined experience in private forestry management, utility vegetation management, and natural resources law and policy. Mr. Fischer is a Registered Professional Forester and Attorney at Law and spent 13 years at a major western utility, where he developed a hazardous tree assessment and abatement program during a period of unprecedented drought-related tree mortality. Mr. Fischer has extensive experience with budget development, risk and performance analysis, and program management.
